Who We Are
Business Legal Management is designed to help you easily navigate business and legal issues. We are not a law firm, although our founders share over 150 years of combined legal experience. Think of us as guides—intermediaries between the traditional legal machine and your business.
George B. Brunt
George Brunt has over 40 years of business and legal experience advising both large and small companies. He represented Alcatel, Citicorp, and International Telephone and Telegraph (ITT) in the General Counsel position. He served as Of Counsel to Greenberg Traurig, a leading international law firm.

Mr. Brunt founded Business Legal Management LLC. He built the multimillion dollar companies of Controldocs.com (now known as iControl ESI) and PBW Holdings Inc. He owns several Paul Mitchell Schools.
John J. Kendrick Jr.
In his nearly half century as a lawyer, Mr. Kendrick has extensive background in private legal practice and as a business owner. This experience includes banking and financial institutions as well as real estate, litigation, corporate, and securities activities of major private and publicly held corporations.
He is well versed in regulatory and operating aspects of many areas of business. In addition, he built and managed a multimillion dollar bank and has participated in the development of a number of other successful businesses.
B. Joseph Wadsworth
With nearly 25 years’ experience, Joseph Wadsworth specializes in guiding companies through international expansion, especially between the U.S. and Asia. As North Asia Regional President for a major multinational, he managed business growth and legal affairs in Japan and Korea.

A serial entrepreneur and seasoned legal counsel, Joseph co-founded Business Legal Management and held executive roles at multimillion-dollar global companies. His combined legal and business expertise ensures your entry into the U.S. or Asian markets is practical, strategic, and built for success.
Gregory McConnell
Mr. McConnell is a seasoned consultant and advocate with over 30 years of experience providing strategic business consulting and government relations services before state and local governments for a wide range of businesses. A member of the District of Columbia Bar, he has built a career advancing policies that encourage business growth, residential and commercial development, and job creation.
Mr. McConnell also supports nonprofit organizations that collaborate with business interests to create opportunities for employment and job training. His insights on economic development and building successful communities have been featured in major news outlets and broadcast media.
